Travel between the UK and Spain is set to become more convenient for British property owners and holidaymakers, thanks to Jet2’s expanded flight capacity. The airline is increasing the number of seats available on the Leeds Bradford to Almería route from April 3 to April 24, 2027, providing more options for travelers during the early holiday season.
This expansion is part of Jet2’s broader strategy to meet the growing demand for travel at the start and end of the summer season. In addition to Almería, Jet2 is enhancing services across 22 routes from nine UK airports, including major hubs like Manchester, Birmingham, and London Stansted.
The increased capacity is particularly beneficial for those traveling between northern England and southeastern Spain, whether visiting family, enjoying a holiday, or heading to a second home. The additional seats around Easter offer greater flexibility for planning trips.
Jet2 is also extending flights to other Spanish destinations and beyond, such as Palma de Mallorca and Mahón, as well as locations in Greece, Italy, and Croatia. This expansion reflects the airline’s commitment to providing more travel options throughout the year.
