Celebrated chef Martín Berasategui, a pivotal figure in Basque and Spanish cuisine, will be honored at the San Sebastian Gastronomika event from October 5 to 7. Known for his innovative approach, Berasategui has significantly influenced the culinary world, inspiring a new generation of chefs.
During the event, Berasategui will discuss how Tenerife’s unique ingredients and landscapes have shaped his cooking style. Esteemed chefs Paolo Casagrande, Joseba Lezama, David Beltrán, and Erlantz Gorostiza will join him to share insights on how Tenerife’s flavors have been integrated into his renowned restaurant, M.B, and beyond.
