Fonteide Celebrates 30 Years with Unique Island-Inspired Labels

Fonteide marks its 30th anniversary by unveiling a series of labels that celebrate the Canary Islands, featuring artwork by Dani Hace. The designs highlight the connection between the islands through the iconic Teide.

Fonteide, a renowned water brand, is celebrating its 30th anniversary by showcasing the Canary Islands through a series of unique bottle labels. These labels, designed by local artist Dani Hace, each represent a different island, with the Teide volcano serving as a central theme.

Fonteide's innovative approach to celebrating its 30th anniversary with island-themed labels not only highlights the cultural richness of the Canary Islands but also underscores the brand's commitment to sustainability.

The initiative, titled ‘8 Islands United by a Spring,’ was launched at the Real Club de Golf de Tenerife. The designs reflect the distinct yet interconnected nature of the islands, with Teide visible from each one, symbolizing unity.

Fonteide’s water originates from the volcanic landscapes of La Orotava, near the Teide National Park. The water undergoes a natural filtration process through volcanic rock, taking years to reach the spring, which is located deep underground.

For investors and buyers in Tenerife, this initiative reflects a growing trend of businesses integrating local heritage and environmental responsibility into their operations.

Over the years, Fonteide has embraced sustainability, becoming the first Canarian brand to use bottles made entirely from recycled plastic. This commitment to environmental responsibility is a cornerstone of their operations.

Such efforts can enhance the appeal of the region as a destination for eco-conscious tourists and potential property buyers.

The brand’s dedication to quality has been recognized internationally, with several accolades from the Superior Taste Awards by the International Taste Institute.
