Eviction Trends in Spain: A Closer Look at Recent Data

In the first quarter of 2026, Spain witnessed 4,005 evictions, equating to about 44 daily. This marks a notable 45.4% decrease from the same period in 2025. Despite this decline, unpaid rent continues to drive the majority of these cases, accounting for nearly two-thirds of evictions.
